Quinoa and Black Bean Burgers

Quick and easy veggie burger for the bbq or frying pan.

300ml cooked quinoa
1 can of pre-cooked black beans
100ml sunflower seeds
2 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp sea salt flakes
1 tbsp olive oil
Olive oil for frying

Cook the quinoa according to instructions. Let the quinoa cool. Rinse the black beans. In a food processor mix all ingredients together, but not too smooth. Form middle sized burgers and in a frying pan, fry in olive oil on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes on each side. You can also brush the burgers with olive oil and put them on the bbq. Enjoy!
