Kale chips became popular a few
years ago. There are lots of different recipes, here’s my version.
400g kale
75ml tahini
6 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp sea salt
3 tsp fresh lime juice
Rinse the kale and cut off the stem. Tear the
kale into smaller pieces (but not too small!). In a blender, mix together the
rest of the ingredients. In a bowl, mix together the kale and the dressing with
your hands. Be sure to rub the dressing thoroughly into the kale. Spread out
the kale on a baking sheet and bake in the oven (fan) for 15-20 minutes on 150 °C.
If the kale still is not dry, you can leave the kale in the oven, turn the oven
off, and open the oven door a little bit. Let the kale dry for another 20-30
minutes.
