Marinated tofu can be used in salads
and as a side dish. You can also fry it and use as topping or snack. If kept in
air tight holder, you can store it for several weeks.
250g neutral tofu
100ml rapeseed oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp chili flakes
2 tbsp dried rosemary
1 clove garlic
1 cm fresh ginger
