Vegan, Gluten-free Brownies

These vegan, gluten-free brownies are also free from refined, white sugar. Very sweet and gooey, perfect weekend snack!

Brownies
250ml almond flour
250ml coconut sugar
50ml cacao powder
2 tsp baking powder
A pinch of sea salt
300g pre-boiled chickpeas
150ml peanut butter
75ml agave syrup
150ml almond milk

Frosting
60g cacao butter
3 tbsp peanut butter
3 tbsp agave syrup
3 tbsp cacao powder
A pinch of sea salt

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan). In a bowl, blend all the dry ingredients. In a food processor, mix together the chickpeas, agave syrup, peanut butter and almond milk. Pour the chickpea batter into the flour mix and blend well. Bake in a baking dish for about 45 minutes. Let cool completely.
For the frosting, melt the ingredients together on low heat and stir well. Let cool in the fridge for 30 minutes before adding on top of the brownies. Cut into squares and voilĂ !
