Müsli (Instant Overnight Oats)

If you forgot to prepare your overnight oats in the evening, here is a recipe that will give you “overnight” oats in just a few minutes. It contains lots of vitamins and minerals for a nutritious breakfast.

400ml gluten-free oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
50ml sunflower seeds
50ml pumpkin seeds
100ml walnuts
100ml dried cranberries
3 tsp cinnamon

In a blender, mix the oats into a rough powder with the pulse button, but be careful not to mix it too finely. Put the oat powder in a bowl. In a blender, mix the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and walnuts roughly with the pulse button. Add the nuts-and-seed mix, chia seeds, cranberries and cinnamon to the oat powder and stir the ingredients together with a spoon.
