Chia Pudding with Chai Spice

Chia seeds contain omega 3 and is perfect for breakfast if you’re looking for a soft start of the day. This recipe also contains chai spice (recipe here) with lots of Ayurvedic spices, balancing and good for your health! The blue color comes from Butterfly Pea Powder.

Pudding
400ml almond milk
4 tsp agave syrup
2 tsp chai spice
2 tsp Butterfly Pea Powder (optional)
100ml chia seeds

Topping
Coconut yoghurt
Fresh or frozen berries

In a bowl, mix together the milk, syrup and chai spice (and the Butterfly Pea Powder). Then add the chia seeds, mix well and pour the mixture into two glasses. Leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours, or overnight. Top with coconut yoghurt and fresh or frozen berries.
