300 ml of almonds
1 litre of water
1 litre of water
Soak the almonds in water for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Rinse well. Mix together the almonds and the 1 litre of fresh water in a food
processor. Let it mix for a couple of minutes at least. Use a nut milk bag (or
a clean napkin) and filter the almondmilk. Squeeze gently for all the milk to
go through. Store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to a week.
NB! Don’t throw away the almond flour from making the
milk. Dry it in the oven (about 50 °C for 2-3 hours) and use for baking.
