Black Halloween Nuts

600ml of your favourite nuts (eg. cashews, almonds, brazil nuts, pecans, hazelnuts etc.)
3 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp dried rosemary

In a bowl, stir all the ingredients together. In a lined baking pan, place the nut mix and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes in 175 °C (fan). Remember to stir the nuts a few times when baking, since they burn easily. The nuts will turn black from the tamari, but be careful not to burn them.
