Spicy Potato Wedges

Spicy potatoes for the summer barbeque that goes great together with a burger and tasty dips.

800g new potatoes
50ml olive oil
1 tsp vegetable stock powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp sea salt

Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges. In a bowl, mix together the potatoes, oil and spices with your hands. Bake in the oven (fan) for 20 minutes on 200 °C.
