Vegan, Gluten-free Granola

Crunchy granola for your breakfast yogurt or milk!

300ml gluten-free oat flakes
100ml steel cut buckwheat
100ml buckwheat flakes
100ml sesame seeds
100ml hemp seeds
100ml pumpkin seeds
50ml flax seeds
50ml desiccated coconut
100ml roughly chopped almonds
100ml roughly chopped hazelnuts
½ tsp sea salt
2 tsp ground cinnamon
75ml water
50ml agave syrup
25ml rapeseed oil
100ml raisins

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients well (except the raisins). Add the water, agave syrup and rapeseed oil and blend well into the granola mix with your hands until all the ingredients are lightly coated. Spread the granola mix on a baking sheet, and bake in the oven on 175 °C for about 20 minutes, stirring halfway. Take the granola out from the oven and let it cool completely. Lastly, add the raisins and mix well.
