Hot Blueberry Soup

The hot blueberry soup is traditionally served to the competitors along the 90km track in the Swedish Vasa ski race (the biggest cross-country ski race in the world) every first Sunday in March.

Serves 2

150g blueberries (small, Swedish)
400ml water
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp agave syrup
½ tsp vanilla powder

In a blender, mix together all the ingredients until smooth. Pour the soup into a pan and heat until almost boiling. Enjoy!
