Swedish no-Meatballs

Traditional Swedish meatballs with no meat! Enjoy!

1 small onion
200ml sunflower seeds
50ml almond flour
1 tbsp chickpea flour
1 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp allspice
White pepper
50ml water
Rapeseed oil for frying

In a household blender, mix the sunflower seeds into a rough flour. Finley cut the onion, and in a frying pan, fry the onion on low heat until soft. In a mixing bowl, mix together all the ingredients with your hands. Form meatball sized balls and put on a plate. In a frying pan, fry the no-meatballs on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes until golden. For Christmas, serve on the “smorgasbord” or during the rest of the year, together with mashed potatoes and rosemary gravy.
