Vegan Avocado Toast

Super easy and quick snack or light lunch. You can make the bread, butter and hummus yourself, or use store-bought!


2 toasts


2 slices of toast bread (for example Spelt and Oat Bread)
2 tbsp of vegan butter (for example Vegan Butter)
200ml of hummus (for example Sanna’s Hummus)
1 ripe avocado
A squeeze of lemon juice
Sesame seeds
Chili flakes
Sea salt flakes


Toast the bread, spread the vegan butter and then the hummus on top. Slice the avocado and spread it on top of the hummus. Squeeze some lemon over the avocado and then sprinkle the sesame seeds, chili flakes and sea salt flakes on top.
