Turmeric Latte

Very spicy and refreshing latte, perfect for breakfast to help you wake up, or together with a snack when you come home from work. All the spices have Ayurvedic benefits. Turmeric helps the immune system and is anti-inflammatory, ginger is good for digestion and cinnamon has reviving effects.

300ml of your favorite plant-based milk
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp agave syrup

In a mug, mix together the spices with the syrup to a paste. Heat the milk, and pour it into the cup over the spice paste. Blend well and enjoy!
