Creamy Mango Mousse

Serves 2-3

Smooth, tasty and sweet mango mousse for dessert or as a delicious snack!

300g mango (frozen or fresh)
150ml cashew nuts
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp agave syrup
½ tsp vanilla powder

In a food processor, mix all the ingredients together. It can take several minutes to get the mousse really smooth, so have patience! Pour the mousse in dessert glasses and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Top with raspberries or any other favourite berries.
