Strawberry Jam

300g of fresh or frozen strawberries
3-4 tbsp agave syrup (depending on how sweet you want it)
1 tbsp chia seeds

In a pan, let the strawberries and agave syrup simmer on low heat for 10. With a spoon, divide the strawberries into smaller pieces. Add the chia seeds and let it simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes. Let the jam cool completely, pour it into a glass jar and put into the fridge. It can take a couple of hours before the jam has set completely.
