Raw Power Bars

Makes about 15

Power snack for the afternoon break, with lots of protein, omega 3 and minerals. A healthy pickup for those last hours at work.

12 medjool dates
200ml hazelnuts
100ml walnuts
400ml gluten-free oat flakes
100ml hemp seeds
50ml sunflower seeds
3 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp coconut oil
1-2 tbsp water

In a food processor, mix together all the ingredients, except the water. After a couple of minutes, slowly add the water until it sticks together. Put the mix in a baking dish and smooth over with a spoon or your hands. Put the dish in the freezer and let it set for about 30 minutes. Store in the fridge.
