Vegan Crème Brûlée with Cardamom

Makes 6-8

400ml coconut cream
400ml plant-based cream (eg. soy)
150ml white sugar
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp agar agar
White sugar for topping

In a cooking pan, bring all the ingredients to a boil and boil for about 1 minute. Pour the mixture into the ramekins. Let cool completely in the fridge. Before serving, sift sugar on top of the brûlées, and burn with a crème brûlée burner.
