Celery Sticks with a Tahini Dip

Perfect snack together with the drink before dinner!

3-4 celery sticks

For the dip
100ml tahini
100ml cashew nuts
2 cm fresh ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
200ml water
Sea salt
White pepper

Rinse and cut the celery sticks into 10cm snack sized sticks. Peel and grate the ginger, and in a blender, mix all the ingredients for the dip together. It can take 5-10 minutes for the dip to become really smooth.
