Yummy chocolate pancakes with a rich
chocolate flavour. Vegan and gluten-free of course! In the picture served with homemade
chia jam and vanilla ice cream from Oatly.
100ml rice flour
100ml buckwheat flour
50ml gluten-free oat flour (I use Urtekram)
½ tsp psyllium husk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
250ml almond milk (or other
plant-based milk)
Coconut oil for frying
