Swedish Apple Crumble

Traditional Swedish apple crumble, with red Swedish apples! Serve as snack in the afternoon, or as dessert on Friday night!

300ml coconut sugar
200ml hazelnuts
200ml gluten-free oat flour
2 tsp baking powder
200g coconut oil
200ml precooked white beans
2-3 apples
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup

Put the hazelnuts in a food processor and use the pulse button to roughly mix the hazelnuts (not too fine!). In a bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients. In a blender, mix together the coconut oil and the white beans. Add the bean mixture to the flour mixture and blend well. Spread the batter out in a square baking dish. Cut the apples in slices and press them lightly down into the baking dish. Top with the maple syrup and cinnamon. Bake in the oven at 175 °C for 35 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving!
