Smooth, creamy and rich chocolate
mousse. Only 5 ingredients, and very easy to make. Serve as dessert or as an
afternoon snack!
2 ripe avocadoes
100ml cashew nuts
4 tbsp cacao powder
75ml agave syrup
½ tsp vanilla powder
In a food processor, mix all the ingredients
together. It can take several minutes to get the mousse really smooth, so have
patience! Pour the mousse in dessert glasses and chill in the fridge for 1-2
hours. Top with raspberries and enjoy!
