Pink Hempseed Shake

(1-2 servings)

Hempseeds contains about 30% protein, so this is a good source of plant-based protein. Also, it’s very tasty in shakes, smoothies or baking.

100ml hempseeds
600ml almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
1 tbsp agave syrup
2 tsp cardamom
2 tbsp pink pitaya powder (optional)

In a food processor, mix all ingredients together until smooth and serve cold in a clear glass. Mmmmmm baie lekker!
