Vegan Coleslaw

This is a plant-based coleslaw, which complements any grilled vegetables, vegan burger or instead of fries.

Salad
250g cabbage

Dressing
200ml coconut milk
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt
Pepper

Topping
Walnuts

Add all the ingredients for the dressing into a mixer and blend well. Pour the dressing into a bowl. Cut the cabbage finely, and in the bowl mix the cabbage together with the dressing. Top with walnuts and enjoy!
