Seed Crisp Bread


200ml corn flour
50ml sunflower seeds
25ml lin seeds
50ml pumpkin seeds
25ml sesame seeds
50ml rapeseed oil
200ml hot water
Seasalt
Rosemary

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees C. Mix all dry ingredients and add water and oil. Put wax paper in a pan and empty the mix in the center. Now flatten the mix by laying wax paper on top, and then spreading out the mix with your palms. Sprinkle salt and rosemary on top, and bake in the middle of the oven for 45 min, turn off the oven and let it dry in the oven for 15 min or more.
