Sanna’s Hummus

In this recipe for hummus, I have cut down on the garlic and increased the amount of cumin (compared to most other recipes). The vegetable stock adds depth and flavour. Let me know what you think!

400g chickpeas
4 tbsp tahini
1 clove garlic (grated)
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tbsp cumin
2-4 tbsp vegetable stock (depending on what consistency you want)

In a food processor, mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
