This peanut sauce goes great with any
kind of grilled or barbecued vegetables, especially corn on the cob, boiled or
grilled. It is also delicious on salads or as a side dish to any kind of late
summer dinner.
200ml of coconut milk
5 tbsp of peanut butter
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp tamari
1 clove of garlic (grated)
1 cm of fresh ginger (grated)
½ tsp chili flakes
