Corn on the Cob with Spicy Peanut Sauce

This peanut sauce goes great with any kind of grilled or barbecued vegetables, especially corn on the cob, boiled or grilled. It is also delicious on salads or as a side dish to any kind of late summer dinner.

200ml of coconut milk
5 tbsp of peanut butter
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp tamari
1 clove of garlic (grated)
1 cm of fresh ginger (grated)
½ tsp chili flakes
Sea salt

Add all the ingredients in a food processor and mix together until smooth!
