This is an easy favourite breakfast for
spring and summer (instead of cooking oatmeal in the morning). You prepare it
in the evening before bed and wake up to a fast and healthy breakfast in the
morning. But it is also perfect as a snack in the afternoon.
Oats
350ml almond milk
250ml gluten-free oats
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cardamom or cinnamon (or
favourite spice)
Berries
200ml raspberries
200ml (Swedish) blueberries
1 lime (juice and zest)
2cm of fresh ginger
Topping
Walnuts
Pumpkin seeds
