Swedish Rhode Island Dressing

This is my vegan version of the very Swedish Rhode Island Dressing. It has nothing to do with the state Rhode Island in the US, but was invented by the famous Swedish chef Tore Wretman. Originally intended for fish dishes, but goes great with a vegan barbeque or burger.

100ml vegan crème fraiche or yogurt
100ml vegan mayonnaise
2 tbsp chili sauce
2-3 drops of tabasco
Sea salt

In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients together. Mix well. Let cool in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before serving.
