Green Dip

This dip goes great together with a vegan burger, spicy potato wedges or a green salad. Perfect side dish for the barbeque.

200g frozen chopped spinach
4 tbsp vegan mayonnaise
250ml vegan crème fraiche
20g frozen chopped chives
20g frozen chopped dill
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tsp sea salt flakes

Defrost and drain the spinach from excess water. Finely grate the garlic. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients with a fork. Mix well. Let cool in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before serving.
