Raspberry Mousse


Serves 2-3


Smooth, tasty raspberry mousse, perfect for New Year’s dessert. And only 3 ingredients!

300g raspberries (frozen or fresh)
200ml cashew nuts
3 tbsp agave syrup

In a food processor, mix all the ingredients together. It can take several minutes to get the mousse really smooth, so have patience! Pour the mousse in dessert glasses and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Top with mango or your favourite berries.
