100ml buckwheat flour
50ml gluten-free oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp chickpea flour
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
200ml almond milk (or other
plant-based milk)
Coconut oil for frying
