Another easy recipe for overnight
oats! Cacao and mango goes great together and the twist of ginger wakes you up
in the morning.
Oats
250ml gluten-free oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cacao powder
400ml almond milk
1 medjool date
Mango Purée
200g fresh or frozen mango
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cm of fresh ginger (peeled and
grated)
Top with raspberries and blueberries
